I didn’t learn the value of systems in a classroom; I learned it as the owner-operator of a luxury housekeeping company. In a high-stakes service business, I realized that a "brilliant strategy" is worthless if it isn't backed by robust, repeatable processes.
I founded Ops Transformed because I love small businesses—and I saw a gap where they were being left behind. Most consultants give you a vision, and VAs take orders, but no one is putting their hands on the strategy to make it practical.
